STAY AWAY!!! This company has let me down start to finish for a simple gift of puppy basic essentials. Crazy fish lady at the Petco store in Hillsboro, OR off 185th tried to make me feel guilty about my tank size and my goldfish. She made me say I would upgrade my tank before getting a fish for me. Ordered next day delivery. Never received tracking number. Called, was told the order would arrive by close of business. It didn't, or the next day. Two other calls and petco was still unable to provide any information on the status of the order and would not provide me with a way to cancel the order. "System is down" is about all I got. I had two absolutely unacceptable experiences with Petco selling through Amazon. I bought a bird cage from Petco in mid-July and in mid-August, I asked for a status update, as the shipping estimate from Amazon indicated that the item should be shipped soon. Have a Pet co card for a very very very long time. Tried over and over again giving my information as a customer who has spent thousands. While in PET CO . Try to make a grooming appointment and I usually have to call back 3 to 4 times. The first time I went there to pick up my dog I waited in line 10-15 minutes while 4 employees helped one person.
