I've been a 250$ a month customer at petco since 1996 and recently had problems with my account and not gettin my coupons. Several calls to customer service and no one could fix this issue for me. Refused to send my coupons after being told 6-7 times "rest assured this issue has been solved and you will be receiving your coupons" I will from now on be shopping at PETS PLUS. Thanks Petco!! I have used the Perco in Conroe Tx a few times for grooming my dog. All but the first time , when I arrive to pick her up they have had an excuse as to why it will take an extra 1 1/2 hrs. So now we are at 5 1/2 hours to groom a maltipoo ?!?!?! ABSOLUTELY unexceptionable! I will never be back! And strongly discourage anyone from dealing with them!! Read more

My boy Sammy, five year old Bichon was groomed on 02/06/2016 , I was told they may need to cut his hair short due to knots on his fur, I said it was okay, not thinking of what was about to happened. I made an appointment almost two months prior to dropping my dog, Bruce, off at Petco (103, Commerace Way, Woburn 01801). Petco - Terrible grooming that I paid excellent money for.

This is how my pup came home. This groomer was nice but obviously didn't know what she was doing. My dog had never snapped at anyone and she said he tried to nip her when she touched his feet so no grooming was done to the feet. Also, she chopped the hair on his ears all the way off. I ordered some items for my dog and they're too small.I hate returning things, but dog winter gear that doesn't fit has to be replaced so I sent in an online inquiry through Customer Service asking if I could return/ exchange the items at a local store. My complaint is with Petco.com. I recieve a minimal of 3 to 5 promotional emails per day!! I have unsubscribed 4 times now, have emailed them 3 times and I continue to recieve unwanted emails. THIS IS HARASSMENT!!!!! Read more

Very unhappy with customer service they are rude they don't order what they need other customers complain about animals dying after they buy them and bring them home or hanging mites. They are rude to there employees and unfair. They don't handle the animals so they have cave aggression. The Petco in Las Vegas @ 1631 W Craig is as Ratchet as they come. Never have carts and the employees say that all carts have been stolen. The Store Is Never Stocked AND Employees Have A Don't Gove A *** attitude but if upper management and ownership have the same attitude then why should I expect anything different.
