My receipt wouldn't print, so they claimed it hadn't processed.

I waited for them to go look at there back office computer.

They swore it hadn't processed and said they needed to re-ring it all. They reran everything and my credit card was charged twice. I had to go back into the store with proof rom the credit card company and my second receipt from the second transaction. It then took them 45 minutes to "double check".

Finally got a refund but offered nothing else, no discounts or coupons. Very frustrating, I will no longer be shopping at Petco.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
