I wasn't greeted at all at the register. My son doesn't read yet and was trying to get her attention (Sierra at Lafayette, la-Louisiana Ave location) and he said hey. She was very ugly to him saying my name is not hey. It's Sierra. No smile, no emotion, nothing. We decided to get our fish somewhere else. We will not be going back.

I have on many occasions let mine lapse. It was so much better years ago when they mailed u the certificates as u earned them however some lapsed in my glove compartment. Customer service reps have reinstated at times $100.00 in old rewards. I do buy expensive buffalo foods so they know they have a loyal customer, maybe that is why.
