Petco Grooming 1415 E. Warner Rd Gilbert, AZ 85296 Store#1104
He came home with a razor mark on the right side of his head, between his eyebrow and ear...it was rough and area about size of half dollar. Talked to ast mgr angelo, and groomer , daisy, neither seemed concerned or to care, and denied anything happened. Angelo refused to give me any assistance such as corporate email or number.
Tried to get corporate number and address from mgr britt later on. Not only was she rude, but she hung up on me.

The worst - Petco Houston Weslayan
I now Believe that Petco is somehow related to Petsmart and that they share information. A groomer at Petsmart horribly groomed my dog.
I got angry at this. Step up higher with your dog groomer.
The worst grooming manager in this dept. I had issue with him last time when I made an appt with him for grooming. I brought my dog at the correct time when this grooming manager said he couldn't groom my dog maybe for the entire day even though I had an appt. At that time the store manager was good. The manager talked with the grooming manager about the appt issue and it was corrected to my satisfaction.
I have now been taking my dog in only for toenail cuts and anal openings. I had paid 10.00 for these treatments over 3 visits. Today I went in and found this awful grooming manager. He said I would need to pay double this. That there were notes in the system about my behavior. I just couldn't believe it. Then he refused to take my dog even though my dog was hurting with a broken toenail. He escorted my dog out. Unbelievable!! I then talked to the store manager who was no help like the previous store manager had been. I finally asked the store manager if they could just cut my dog's toenails since she was hurting. I got them to cut the toenails, but if Petco ever sees my face again, it will just not happen.
Petco is keeping a File on you and can make up anything they want. What a way to deface a customer !! Store manager was just not a good store manager. He had no authority !!

My dog got Kennel Cough after Petco Grooming
Took my dog in 12 days ago for her usual grooming and wash. About 5 days we started to notice that she was cough weird, sneezing constantly, and coughing like she was throwing up but nothing was coming out. I did research and she was showing signs of Kennel Cough.
My dog doesnt interact with other dogs and is a house dog. I called Petco and they where no help at all. The store manager is saying if it was from them then other people would of called to complain about their animals (how do I know they havent called?). And the best part they said if the dog got the kennel cough from them, then I would of saw the symptoms immediately. Obviously they didnt know what they where talking about because after I did my research it says "Symptoms usually develop three to ten days after exposure".
Overall, very un happy and will NEVER take my dog there.... What a shame, took her for her first haircut and that would of been her last time there. VERY VERY VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!
The management team needs more training, they dont know what customer service is.

Complaint about a rude cashier says she is a manager
Bought the blue buffalo dog food does not agree with my dog he throws it up.I took it back asked for store credit as I did not have my husbands credit card that it was purchased on.I even told the lady I need a different kind of food.she informed me that is the best I can not exchange it and give you the balance on a gift card.very rude I called back and asked for a manager the one I spoke to listened then told me to hold on and put the same lady on that I was having problems with.I looked on your website and it does say there can be a store credit.this was the Orlando store on colonial blvd in fla my name is summer Johnson please respond to let me know if you do give store credits I even asked for cooperate and they gave me pet smart number not petco

Discrimination - Manager (name tag: Rai)
Just to provide background: I am a regular Petco customer. I purchased two guinea pigs from Petco back in February and have planned to buy more.
My boyfriend and I spend hundreds of dollars buying all of our pet products from Petco. Yesterday, my boyfriend bought bedding and hay for our pigs and let me know that he saw a beautiful, fluffy brown baby pig that he thought I would love. So today, on this beautiful Saturday, I drove to Petco to see this pig so I could decide if we would add him to the family. When I arrived at the tank, the guinea pig was hiding in the hideaway, so I could not see it.
I looked around for someone to help us. I finally made eye contact with an employee (name tag: Rai) who asked how they could help. I asked if we could see the guinea pig. Rai responded “Well do you plan on buying it?” Confused, I asked her to repeat the question and she said again very confidently “Are you going to buy the guinea pig?
I will only let you see it if you plan on purchasing it.” Completely shocked, I walked away and looked for another employee. Rai approached the employee I was waiting to speak to, so I asked her if there was a manager available. Confidently, she told me she was the manager. I asked her why I would need to promise to buy a guinea pig before seeing it.
She stated that groups of kids come into the store asking to see pets, so she had to be certain. I asked if I looked like a child? She said “No ma’am...” then said “Well, I can get someone to show you the guinea pig...” At this point, I was too hurt and offended to even stay in the store. My boyfriend and I left.
I am deeply hurt at how I was treated not only as a loyal Petco customer, but as a person. I am also disappointed that I did not see the guinea pig I was interested in.
If this is how Petco treats their customers, they don’t deserve them. Do not shop here.
Customer service
On Tuesday around 6 pm , I was shopping with my mother for some things for our dogs. My mom was standing a few feet away from me and I was talking to her, out of no where the customer service lady named Amy said “if you are speaking to me then look at me” but In a rude tone, I told her that I was not talking to her , and she replied with “I have a reason I have eyes” I felt like that was totally unprofessional and she should not ever speak to a customer like that again.
I will never go back to that Petco and I’ll tell all my friends not to go to that store. The store is The Hillsboro location in the sunset esplanade.
