Well, after holding my check for weeks and weeks, TeleCheck finally redeposited it and it cleared. Then they pulled $30.00 out of my account a week or so later to pay their late fee charge.

Suddenly I can now order from amazon again. All is well.

But those suckers are *** people. Be careful!

Petco in Charlotte, North Carolina - More sad than dissapointed

I'm more sad that disappointed at Petco : ( I've had my first negative experience with them and it hasn't been pleasant. I guess we can blame the online website/service for this one. I purchased dog food online as I always do... and this time they did NOT deliver it. I was patient enough to wait for the stuff to be delivered, I made unnecessary trips to the post office everyday in hopes of receiving it by surprise. like I said this has never happened! I spend so much money on Petco and for this to happen..it just made me so sad. As you might know.. all PET OWNERS ARE DEFENSIVE. when I finally decided to give customer service a call, the disappointment continue.. the representative didn't know what she was doing.. she kept putting me on hold. I had to spend my lunch time at work to call them in and spent it all, I came back to work late for that reason. nothing really was resolved. representative offered first a full refund but mentioned that it would take 5-7 days for that to process. that wasn;t very convenient because my dog was STILL gonna be without food. it wasn't about the money.. it was about the product. plus the reason we order online was because I was saving money in comparison to buying it at a store- which was out of our way. Very inconvenient. Meanwile waiting for this to ship, we have been buying him food temporarily which is so unnecessary, it literally came out the same to buying it at the store at this point since we been spending extra money on food for him temporarily. my poor dog. anyways, representative offered a replacement and try to expedite the stuff with a 10$ off compensation, really... we spent more buying him food meanwhile we wait. I love petco but this experience has disappointed me. I wish this never happened.. nothing was been resolved so far, I had to go back to work that I had to have my husband call in for me to actually get something done... atleast a better resolution than what has been offered so far..

I work in management for Petco. When we have customers having any issues with our Extended Aisle program or any Petco.com purchase or otherwise we WILL match the internet price for the convenience of our guest.

Call the store you use and see what they can do for you. They can't authorize coupons via the internet the way the customer service line can, but they can offer other in-store resolutions.

The service was very unsatisfactory today. I was in the Dalton store today and couldn't find anyone to help me. Apparently Petco has one person running the whole store, I was very upset and eventually just left. If this was the first time that this happened to me it wouldn't be that bad, but it seems to occur every time i come to Petco. I went to Petland and was immediately asked if I needed help. I will never return to petco, and I will never recommend Petco to anyone. I will be writing more reviews about this incident.

Great experiences with PETCO.

We have been PETCO customers both online and in our local store for many years. We have been extremely happy with the customer service and continue to enjoy shopping there at least once a month. Between PALS Rewards, sales and coupon use we have been able to get many items there at great prices. Additionally we have gone to the free Puppy Socialization classes and got a great deal on the Positive Dog Training classes when they were on sale. Our experience in the classes has been great and my wife and I had a lot of fun with our pooch. We will definitey contiune to shop there.

.com purchases are always welcome to be returned to the store as long as you have a packing slip. In most cases even if you don't have it they DO have the ability to look it up for you.

I to have tried to unsubscribe on my own online for going on 3 months and on 12/10/2017 via Petco's FB page. I was promised that we were unsubscribed as of 12/10/16 and it would be 10 business days.

So, it's been 3 weeks, I am sure there are 10 business days in there even allowing for holidays.

And they still send messages at the rate of 2.33 per day.

They are, IMHO, in violation of the FTC CAN-SPAM Act, in the aspect of not honoring unsubscribe requests. It appears there is a fine of up to $16,000 per each email.

So we all need to file complaints with the FTC at

Petco in Farmington, Connecticut - Horrible Associate

I went into the petco shop to purchase a fish with my kids and the rude associate told me she won't sell me anything. There was another couple who had children with them too and without questions or any attitude she gave it to them. But when it came time for her to treat me with the what is supposed to be 100% good customer service she had a nasty attitude, raised her voice, told me I had to buy a heater first in a rude manner and to come back in a few days she won't sell me anything the store.

I havent shopped at petco in year, but recently started receiving emails from them. A LOT of emails. Around 3-5 a day. Impossible to unsubscribe, I keep receiving snd receiving. Emailed them, and they have done nothing. I will press charges for harassment soon if this doesnt stop. Also submitted a complaint at the FTC. This is ridiculous.

uh just mark them as spam and you won't see them anymore. i've gotten emails from lots of companies that either couldn't or wouldn't remove me from their email list so i marked them as spam and *GASP* i don't see them anymore unless if i click on the spame folder rather then just emptying it daily
