Store complaint. Selling me an used and dirty size 4 muzzle

They make me travel 20 miles to look for a muzzle size 4 but when I got there to my surprise it was dirty used and it was a big disappointment

Pet insurance

By and large I am very happy with Petco products and services. I only take Umbridge with your pet insurance. Insurance spreads the risk over many policy holders in a effort to keep prices low. To you there is no risk! If every policy holder applied for the full benefit at once you would still make about 30% profit anyway. With the exception of mutual companies insurance companies are hugely profitable. You have just taken that to it's extreme.

The Truth Of Vital Care and Pals Enrollment!

I will keep it simple! They just want to inflate the stock price by showing "growth" in the company in membership numbers, but their products stink! The new collars & leashes are ugly, every yay product line is *** yellow ugly literally! As a current employee I know they have gone downhill! The best part is the inflated prices do not match our upcoming meager pay rises (we will be losing against the battle of inflation). Oh and Ron the Ceo boasted how he will not receive 8 weeks of pay during the pandemic layoff but the genius failed to mention his stock compensation worth 2 million at the time!

User's recommendation: Only if you are in dire needs and waiting for something from Amazon or Chewy.

Very upset about your delivery schedule. It takes so long to receive my pupbox once it has been shipped. Because of this problem I’m not going to renew my subscription to my orders.

Box was torn and it looks like it was dropped on several boxes or just tossed in the truck. Terrible service. Will order from another service.

Didnt get my free bag of food, do I ordered another in app, it would not go through I changed it to my original charge card and Ordered ONE bag of food, got 3, and Still didnt get my free bag of food

Repeat delivery not shipping

No stars. I spent 26 minutes in the phone with multiple hold to have a faulty aquarium replaced.

Your customer service is absolutely horrible. The operator had such a heavy accent that I was very difficult to understand her. Then she kept putting me on hold to answer another phone according to her. I had to go on line while I was on hold to find a store that had a replacement in stock. I live in Northern California. She was giving me stores I New Jersey. After 26 minutes on this worthless call she told me she was having technical difficulties and was going to put me on hold again. I told her enough. Send me an email when you have it done. She said she would make that I had dropped the call!!!
