The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I started called early Sat morning and they tell you the wait is long and they will call you back! The phone never rings and it just leaves a voice mail.. I did this three times before just staying in hold for 45 mins with no answer at all! I am so disgusted! I think the good old days were a million times better than this modern day nonsense where you cant get a live person!

Petco - Bad service and Unreliable Account security
Someone was able to *** into my account through my petco account and they purchased an expensive item. I have the name and address of the person who shipped the item to their place. Petco has done nothing to help me with the situation. Spoke with multiple customer service agents and they gave me the same response that someone would contact me about it. Haven't heard anyone or received any form of email communications. Now I'm spending countless hours with my bank just to remove the charge from my account. When petco could have stopped the shipment from going through when it happened. I had contacted petco right when I received the email of a unknown shipment. User's recommendation: Just don't have an active account open with petco until they tighten up their security

I store shopping is ok. Trying to email customer service is impossible. I have difficulty hearing when I try to talk to customer service in the phone. Email is a better choice.

Petco emailed me and told me that they dont have an order for repeat delivery. I told them that Petco emailed me with the information that my repeat delivery was scheduled. I made a copy of the repeat delivery email that Petco sent me and I emailed it to them. Have not had a response.

User's recommendation: Don’t really have one. I’m sure anyone with repeat delivery is happy with it.

A month later told refunded but was never refunded and receipt still shows over charged. Still no fix

I had major issues ordering. The system showed my vital care rewards redeemed. One my order processed it charged the full 67.06 to my card. I chatted immediately and asked to cancel to redo my order. I was assured after back and forth he would apply my rewards manually and refund the $60 to my account. I noticed the $60 rewards pulled from my rewards balance and the total 6.06 left but also noticed my card charged 66.06 on same order summary. I chatted a few more times being told it was not done right and too late to correct. I then called after asking for sup being told non available but hearing kids playing in background she states she sees he did it correct. I again asked for a sup. I had to wait 45 minutes refusing to hang up to be handed to someone claiming to be a sup. I still have nothing in writing stating I am not being double charged. The $60 in rewards is from my vital care as I gave 5 dogs on the program. Its not bad enough my vital care deactivated for 4 dogs and I had to reactivate after the same guy who said he manually applied my awards said I should use a different card to which my card was never an issue before nor was it an issue for petco to charge me 66.06 for a $6 order. I have had the worst experience ever with customer service. If I treated a customer st my job the way I was treated by these reps I would be out of a job. I travel from Galveston to league city for petco with PetSmart being on the island. PetSmart would be closer and if this is how customer service has become st petco I may consider switching to PetSmart. I would like confirmation the $60 has been refunded to my card. I would also like to know how the lack of customer service is being handled. They essentially stole my money and treated me like dirt.
