Petco in Visalia, California - I was fired because I was sexually harassed

I worked for petco for three months in Visalia, CA. My main boss was Paul Green. I was employee of the month and was certified in every department. I was also being sexually harassed by one of the managers. I loved my job, I was good at it an I didn't need the money. I was there because I WANTED to be there. For animal experience, knowledge and providing proper care (which is not being done at all). I kept my mouth shut, but soon this manager was schedualling me for ever shift with him. His boss even noticed and said something, but nothing changed. I was being groped, having my backside slapped, sexually explicit remarks. I was so uncomfortable that one day I told a fellow co-worker. This co-worker then wrote a statement telling what I had said. Paul Green fired me without notice the next day. I tried to complain to higher athorities of the company, but they are all friends and watch each other's backs. I was promised a safe environment to grow and excell in what I loved. Paul Green is a horrible human being and I discourage anyone from contributing to this company that allows this behavior.

Have a Pet co card for a very very very long time. Tried over and over again giving my information as a customer who has spent thousands. While in PET CO . Sarah-employee spent over an hour-half contacting PETCO while customers waited. Gave my e-mail again--took a long time to get it straight. Give it 24 hours!!! GUESS WHAT!!!! iT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH!!! NO E-MAIL OF CONFIRMATION & PROMISED COUPONS. I JUST FOUND THIS SOUNDING BOARD! I HAVE RECEIPTS RECEIPTS RECEIPTS I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE IN LINE AT PETCO WHO IS EXPERIENCING THIS SLOOPY AND DISRESPECTABLE WAY OF TREATING MAKING PETCO BIGGER AND BIGGER--WHILE US PET OWNERS GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MAKING YOUR PRODUCTS. GLAD I WAS ABLE TO FINANLLY SPEAK UP

Petco - Poor Business Practices Review

Try to make a grooming appointment and I usually have to call back 3 to 4 times. The first time I went there to pick up my dog I waited in line 10-15 minutes while 4 employees helped one person. No one acknowledged me or advised me of the prepay process which is to take your receipt from the front counter. These receipts have my personal information on display for every customer to see. Very disappointed with their poor business practices.

Impossible to return an item purchased on Petco.com

I purchased an item on Petco.com and attempted to return it to my local Petco store. I had the necessary paperwork yet the assistant manager refused to process the refund because they did not sell the item in the store. I have been dealing with this for 2 months and have yet to be able to return the item. I have purchased items in the store and on line for over 2 years and I won't be purchasing anything more in the future. They are POOR and I would not suggest anyone purchase anything online from them. I called back to the customer service number and they won't talk to me because I do not have a reference number...they never gave me a reference number... What a joke. I will pay a few extra bucks in the future and deal with a local pet store where they provide customer service.

Petco - Annoying Emails Review

I have since switched my business to a competitor since Petco's annoying emails started. This is a poor excuse for customer service and fails to build any kind of loyalty

What a terrible service may be is the reason this location hwy 6 and bissonet the oarking lot is empty terrible manager and employees Im trying to get a flea product for 49 bucks and found a coupon online frim petco.com said not code required and this guy went to her manager who was having a conversation with a peron and laughing and bla bla bla never come out with an answer and I wait for this for so long just this guy said no we cant take the coupon and they follow this *** conversation with the guy and an iguana in her chest Thank you for nothing of course you miss my money and i dont get the flea product just my dog food but this will be my last time here I know you gus sorry to say it but i dont beleive you survive with this unrespectfule employes who dont care about the really important... Petco in Mesa, Arizona - Store smelled disgusting so overwhelming we left

We were looking to purchase a couple parakeets for my Grandson. When we entered the store the smell of urine was very overwhelming. The store location is 2027 East University, Mesa, AZ. We were very unhappy with the care for these animals. If they are cared for properly there is no smell. I have been in many pet stores never a smell. This one horrible. I am considering reporting to the animal welfare. It's abuse if not cared for properly. They are obviously not being cared for properly because of the stench. People need to do their job! Clean the cages!!!!!!

First time to Petco... A brand new Riverside store opened in Fresno and thought I would try their grooming services since they are closer to my home. (I am a long time PetsMart customer). My dog Lacy enjoys getting bathe and loves people. I shock when the groomer called me to tell me my dog was being aggressive, which I NEVER received a call like that ever before. Natalie the groomer said they were going to charge me an $6.00 for handling. I told her to STOP working on my dog and I will be there shortly to pick my dog up I wasn't about to pay an extra $6.00. Once I arrived I shared with the groomer that every report card we got from PetsMart always said "enjoyed grooming Lacy, pleasant to work with." I told her I wasn't going to pay the extra $6.00 she STILL charge me after I disclosed to her to stop. She said it was company policy and then she smart off and said my dog tried to *** her. Honestly, I believe it is the handler/groomer who was rough with my dog (if only dogs could speak) nevertheless, I will NEVER recommend Petco and every opportunity to slam them and happy to be returning to PetsMart!!

Do not use PETCO Grooming services

I just took my 15 year old dog to the PETCO Grooming. First, they said they would call between 2-3 hours. As it approached 3 hours, I went back to PETCO to wait for my dog. While walking in, I could see from the window that things were not going well. The woman was doing something to his front left paw that he clearly did not like and as he attempted to *** her, she yanked his back left leg. Although I understand the biting is not acceptable, her reaction was too extreme. In this example and knowing my dog well, I know that even if he did *** it wouldn't hurt and that he is a very nice dog. I would have much preferred to see the woman leave my dog alone for a minute and then retry to do whatever it was she was trying to do before. Animals cannot speak or truly fight back when they are mistreated. A dog is another member of someone's family and to see an employee who signed up for a job working with dogs treat him so wrong is disgusting and unacceptable.

Petco - Rude Customer Service Review

Went to the Petco in Temple Texas, there was this overweight, grumpy woman named JoAnn working there. She was on register and just seemed irritated and unhappy the entire time she was there. Didn't greet me as I walked in the store and had a monotone voice that have the impression she'd rather be somewhere else. Very disappointed in the service
