Wouldn't refund or exchange big ticket item

bought 2 automatic cat litter boxes totaling $156.00 in April 2021. one stopping working. so I took it back to petco. it was only 4 months old. it had a year warranty, that they wouldn't honor. they wouldn't exchange it for another or refund. they said it was past the 60 day refund time limit. for me to send it to the manufacturer. why should I pay for shipping. handlinghandling. it should last longer than 4 months months.

User's recommendation: don't purchase big ticket items. now both litter boxes stopped working. I'm out $156.00 and stuck with 2 automatic litter boxes that don't work after only 4 months.

Training not provided

I contacted you regarding pet training we did not receive from Petco and my request for a refund that I had not received. Shortly after posting on your site, I contacted Petco and was informed I did receive a refund, they just didnt notify me about it. The problem is resolved.

Dog Food Order Not Delivered

I ordered dog food from Petco over six days ago and received a confirmation email which said my order would arrive within 3-5 days. It has never arrived. When I called to inquire today, the employee who took my call had me read the confirmation number to him twice. He told me the number was incorrect and was for a different product ordered in a previous year. I could only give him the # Petco had given me. All he could tell me was that I had to give him the correct number. Hello catch 22, no exit, third circle of *** Our conversation did not end well.

Waste of time going to petco! Rude manager

Supposedly i would like to order online then pick up in store where the item is showing thats its available!!! But instead i drive and went in there @7:45pm but the manager in granada hills 10819 Zelzah Ave. Granada Hills, CA 91344 looks like she is really really tired of her work thats why she is showing attitude. I asked for help, YES SHE HELP ME BUT it REALLY SHOW IN HER FACE THAT SHE IS PISSED OFF!! is that how you treat customer if she is so irritated on her job just QUIT!! Petco you can do better than this! Wont recommend petco to anyone

Still have't received my packages. a new puppy is coming tomorrow. they were puppy products

a new puppy is coming from down south tomorrow. i live in new england. a young dog as this one, this trip will be a tad bit uncomfortable and i just wanted this puppy to have everything he needed and without any hassle.

Complaint

I called customer service on monday 6/21 regarding a complaint I have against a store and groomer. My dogs hair cut unexceptable and I called asking for a DM to call me and I still have no recieved a call. Now im really upset. Does no one care about connecting with customers and solving problems?!
