Im replying to your inquiry asking if the situation was handled and what not. Sadly, no.

Zero, nada was done about it or took seriously. The lack of customer service and professionalism in several of the employees and obviously the manager because she did nothing never contacted me. I actually had to sale my right arm to go back just for my son. Believe me I did not whatever enjoy being back and they obviously knew right away I was that customer and she actually was the one who boxed him up and she had a smirk on her face the entire time.

Even looked behind me to view my cart to see if she approved of my purchases like seriously? She said okay you have a cage then you can get her. Mind you it wasnt the small one they disapproved of and felt judged like I had to purchase what the employee wanted me to instead of what my SON wants. It takes the fun out of shopping.

Who wants to deal with this treatment while trying to have a nice shopping?! They lose business left and right I am sure of. They are the most judgmental egotistical workers Ive ever experienced. Then of course I spent hundreds buying the whole 9 yards along with cage and they acted mad that I was buying it and made it aware I wasnt liked or wanted as a customer.

It makes me so disappointed knowing how much I rely on this store for my abundance of pets and they forced me to go way farther and waste my gas and pay more somewhere else just so I dont have to deal with them. Sucks. I dont expect any less. Its okay by them to blow off a child and pretend its okay knowing damn well if it was THEIR child theyd be just as pissed as I am.

Life is so disappointing. Nobody gives a *** about doing the right thing. Whatever, Im at PetSmart now. Way different experiences and the nicest workers who actually help you and treat you with respect and allows you to be able to shop in peace and have fun.

Its worth the hassle. Workers like these females always do this stuff and they know theyll never get in trouble. They make their hourly pay no matter how much business they turn away. If only the ceo knew how this is happening.

Oh well. They lost me.
