Petco - Beware of customer surveys
I feel I was retaliated against for honestly completing a customer feedback survey after my dog was groomed. I gave very honest feedback.
I always try hard to complete any survey honestly hoping it will help with improvements. It was just a very factual feedback that i still gave the benefit of the doubt that the grooming department could be having a bad day because previous experience had been good. When I called back for an appt that is usually done with the first contact after providing my name. Instead, I was placed on hold and then spoke with a groomer who told me my dog was difficult.
It was almost as if my name were flagged in their system. Every report I got on my dog (up until the survey) was very positive and they said she "was such a sweetheart". I find it odd that it was the first I've heard of my dog being "difficult".
I think it lacks integrity on behalf of Petco. Too many groomers for me to waste time on a business such as this.
