Update CEO office deflects to Sedgwick for any responses or comments ... sent in response to denial and request for list of persons part of denial ....

met with little to no response....

again Petco hiding behind something else ..first trying to hide behind state view now hiding behind another company .... Shame shame....

We brought our Shitzu in for grooming and left with a poorly groomed pet that was Stabbed in the Eye and Blinded. My wife walked in when she heard our little boy screaming in pain and when the groomers noticed her they attempted to block her view, and claim that he burst a blood vessel,

Our vet advised no Blood vessel was burst , negligently stabbed or poked in the eye with something sharp (possible scissors). Which resulted in the eye scarring and the loss of vision.

They did pay for the vet bills but when I requested coverage for pain and suffering for my little boy and possible future expenses i was Advised Pets are considered "personal property" and are not entitled to pain and suffering.

YOUR PETS are Property to PETCO not the loving cuddly family members.

Petco looks at them as a piece of furniture or another inanimate object not a living breathing creature...

This occured in the Titusville Florida Petco

Review about: Petco Dog Grooming Service.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Groomers, I do not like petco.
