It was just HORRIBLE!! Placed an order on Petco.com but an alert msg popped up-- my credit card order can not be processed because the entered info is NOT correct. If the info is correct, contact my bank-- NO order/conf # was given.

SURPRISE!! There were 8 pending charges on my statement. Hmm.. How did they do that? They charged to correct accounts when the given info were "incorrect"? When I called the call center, they asked to "go to the store" to purchase items. Btw, the call center is in Philippines.

Last time we ordered, we received a toy that was covered with mold!
