ordered a gift card online on dec. 6 for a xmas present.

other than an initial confirming email saying they would send me a follow up email with info about shipment ,then nothing. called and was told it would be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks, which is well after xmas. tried to cancel order but was told it was not allow on gift cards. these people are incompetent.
