Petco contacted me and said they are going to credit me $9.99 for shipping. I am happy they are doing this but still will not order from them in the future. It was too much of a hassle getting this straightened out.

I received this order this morning (4/29). It shipped on 4/24.

Not what I expect for 2-day shipping. Petco responded to my review so I am going to contact them via the email address they provided, and hopefully, will get reimbursed for what I paid for shipping 2-day.

I ordered canned cat food and paid for 2-day shipping. I received an email it shipped on 4/24/2017.

I called on 4/28 because I had not received it. I told them the tracking said it was delivered on 4/24, but I had not received it so if it was delivered, it was delivered to someone else. I also mentioned the tracking looked a little weird (see pdf). The person from India checked the tracking and told me it had been delivered on 4/24.

I told her it had not, and that if she would look at the tracking history, it doesn't make sense. How can they receive Electronic Billing on 4/26 and deliver it 2 days before that? The end result is Petco expects me to deal with their shipper to get it straightened out. When I told the lady that was not acceptable, she just kept repeating the shipping company would contact me.

I guess I made a donation to Petco!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase anything from Petco again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Petco Cons: Customer service, Customer treatment, Being lied to about resolution when i had a problem, Dealing w non-us customer service who did understand my issue.

I ordered on the 1st of May and they said it would be delivered on the 6 or7 nothing yet? Hope I didn't lose 17 dollars? I don't know about this
