Order went through on my account that I didn’t place.

Although I was refunded I was not given information on how to prevent random orders that I didnt place from charging my credit card in the future so the issue is only partially resolved. Ill see if the system will allow me to remove my credit card.

User's recommendation: I don’t know what to recommend. PetCo has been a really good company but I think this random order on an account that is no longer shipping product was a system glitch.

Petco pals rewards

I call about placing an order because when i tried to use my pal rewards the website wont let me...so i went to try again and my pal rewards is gone. .when i call the customer service number last time...she told they never expire and to try again. I tried calling today and it would ring and hang up.

I got a really bad, bad batch of dog food and I called to try to get an exchange but the lady told me I was going to get a refund and that hasn't happened yet

I will be suing this company I was provided a case number and told I would be reimbursed because a worker at a local petco decided to steal my pet order I was never reimbursed I have emails .customer service is horrible in every way you can think of

Hanover PA store refused to sell me goldfish

Two weeks in a row the staff at my local petco refused to sell me goldfish for my Koi pond claiming the weather is to cold. I tried to inform them that my pond is temperature regulated but they got nasty. I spoke to the manager and she requested that I take a picture of a thermometer in the water to prove I was not lying about my water temperature. What kind of place calls a customer a liar over goldfish?

Do not care attitude to the customers from Karen just because she a well train manager for Petco as I understood when I talked to her. How this store can be open in business with this kind of attitude? I would not come back to this store to get a headache instead come here to buy food for my pets.

Very bad customer services as well-known as normal in the store 541

Do not care attitude of Karen just because she is a manager just like the people said in the store 541 Westminster/Golden west area. I would not believe it if I have not come here and for sure I will never be back again after I had a chance to talk to Karen in-store 541. Won't answer the phone

Trying to schedule a grooming. I keep calling the store, I leave my phone number. They don't call back. I called corp. hq and got connected to Asia. They called the store for me, from Asia. Same thing, no answer.

The Gloucester store, has been very bad with keeping appts.

Went there at 9;30 for grooming and no one around , when I called the girl said I have no idea where anyone is. I said we have appt ,she said sorry can't help you. so I called head office. Not a way to run a company like Petco, always went there to have Jakie groom my dog. Found out she is in Peabody store so have appt. in the mourning with her Thank god. Best groomer ever.

Petco pals rewards

I spent $247 a few days ago but did not get any rewards as yet. Only 1 from my previous visit to the store. Petco customer service line had no answering service. When dialing for customer service you always get a "hang up"!

No one from Petco has ever tried to contact me. Sent letter to CEO and "returned to sender" (they won't publish their correct address or a way to contact anyone at Petco), so nowhere else to go.

Put out info and bad reviews on FB and Nextdoor App... None any help at...
