Petco - Shipping and Expired Food
First the store was out of my kitty litter so manager offered to order it and have it shipped to my house. About a week later the order shows up and to my surprise the box was full of used books-no litter.
When I contacted customer service they were very surprised also. I asked them to have the box picked back up by UPS. They sent my litter but totally ignored me about picking the box back up. Ignored repeated calls and emails.
Just didn't care that this happened.
Next I was in a Petco with my daughter in Mechanicsburg, PA buying can cat food. I found several cans of expired cat food on the shelf and took them to the cashier and told her.
She thanked me. A couple of days later my daughter went back in to the same store and there they were the cans of expired cat food back on the shelf.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
