Petco - Worst Customer Service
Today Petco lost my family as a customer for life.Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I wanted to exchange an online item but instead returned it to a local store. I wasted an hour of my time today because their customer service reps neither speak nor understand English and lack even an ounce of professionalism. Even on a corporate level all of their customer interaction is handled overseas. This process should have taken ten minutes to remedy but instead became a tedious, irritating time consuming experience.
I question if Petco is even a US company.Never again will I give Petco even one dime of my hard earned money.
